Welcome to the Phat Fiber Sampler Box shop!

Phat Fiber is the only place to find all of your indie fiber and yarn samples grouped together in one, exciting monthly box. We are passionate about all things fiber related and fervently support our contributors. We hope, when you receive your box, you will too!
The Phat Fiber Sampler is just that- SAMPLES from a variety of wonderful indie businesses. You won't be getting full sized items in your box (although we do occasionally drop a few in random boxes) the items in the box are meant to tempt and tease you into buying full sized versions directly from our contributors. All of the samples are usable though and we have a great time discussing and posting about various usages on the ravelry group. There are currently more folks interested in buying a box than we have boxes available. That is why the box will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

*ALLERGY NOTICE*

There are fibers and or consumables/bath and body treats that may induce allergic reactions to people who are sensitive to those types of things. Our contributors try their best to list every "ingredient" on their samples, but please be cautious, as we can not be held responsible for any reactions caused by the contents of the box.

Payments:

Currently, we are only accepting instant payments through paypal. You may pay using the "e-check" option, but understand that your box will not be shipped until it clears. The boxes will automatically be re-listed if not paid for through paypal within one hour.

Shipping:

We strive to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. We use the United States Postal Service to ship our items. International orders may take significantly longer to arrive at their destinations and will have no tracking numbers. We think the wait is worth it! Please make sure your PAYPAL address is correct and up to date!!

Refunds and Exchanges:

Phat Fiber has made every effort to ensure that each box is brimming with goodies! Phat Fiber will not be held responsible for the contents of the box, as they are submitted by other entities and only grouped together by us. If for some reason, you find fault with the Phat Fiber box, please convo us and we may be able to work something out that will benefit both parties involved. Due to the nature of the box, we cannot accept exchanges. Please be aware you are purchasing a "mystery box" and even Phat Fiber will not be aware of the contents of your particular box. What happends if you get a box with samples you don't like? You have options. There are threads on Ravelry set up for trading samples. We want yours to be a positive experience!
